What to Bring to your class

Ladies – vests, cropped tops, and shorts or snugly fitting yoga pants.

Men – shorts / vest. Gents usually prefer to wear just shorts.

Baggy sweats and T shirts not recommended.

You will need:

– One bath towel, one to practise on

– A bottle of water

– It is important to rehydrate yourself during class.

Drink water in the 2 hours before class so you do not come dehydrated.

Most people like to sip water during class.

You practise in bare feet, so no need for footwear.

Yoga mats are provided, or you can bring your own
